Your CV is your most important calling card in your job search. It should include the following information: 

• Contact Information.
  Include full name, mail, phone with voicemail and email contact information.

• Summary Statement.
  Your summary should be brief and in two short paragraphs that list your career objectives and list your pertinent skills.

• Professional Experience.
  List each position held in reverse chronological order, going back as far as needed to give a thorough description of your accomplishments and talents. If there are gaps in employment, state the dates and give reasons while sticking to the cold facts.  If you held multiple positions within the same company, list them all to show advancement and growth. Describe in the body of each position your responsibilities and accomplishments, including how you increased revenues, increased efficiencies, increased productivity, developed new marketing programs and created a positive and winning work environment.

• Other Components.
  Include education, professional training, affiliations/appointments, licenses, technical skills, volunteer work, hobbies and languages.
